Leading video games publisher Wired Productions announces recruitment drive as it expands brilliant team

Neil Broadhead becomes Head of Marketing as Gareth Williams joins as Head of Publishing.

 

All Kinds of Remote Locations, June 24, leading video games publisher Wired Productions hires industry veteran Gareth Williams in the newly created role of Head of Publishing, while Neil Broadhead is promoted to Head of Marketing.

 

These appointments cement key positions as Wired Productions accelerates its product portfolio and continues to build its product catalogue.

 

Since transitioning from a production house to an outright publisher in 2016, Wired Productions has released 19 titles, quickly becoming one of the leading independent publishers globally, with recognition for its creative campaigns, celebration of its development partners and the continued support it gives retailers with added value physical releases.

 

Wired has seen its team expand more than 60 percent in the last twelve months alone, with key recruitment including Sean Walsh, previously of Disney and Bandai Namco, returning to Wired as Senior Product Manager and Garry Marshall joining as Digital Marketing and Social Media Executive. Wired is now actively seeking to hire additional Product Managers, Producers and Executives for its Head office in the UK to support it’s 2020/2021 next gen range of new IP’s.

 

The recent changes include the expansion of its teams at a local territory level in the UK, Central Europe, Russia, The United States and China, are aimed at solidifying a flexible business model that can deliver targeted local results, as well as supporting the wave of new IP being brought to market following the recent successful launches of titles such as Deliver Us The Moon, Close To The Sun and Those Who Remain.

 

Gareth Williams is an industry veteran having worked in online, print and broadcast, before joining Barrington Harvey and Premier Public Relations and later founding Little Big PR. Having worked on some of the biggest releases across each platform generation Gareth brings an incredible wealth of experience to the team. Neil Broadhead has worked in the games industry for over ten years, managing campaigns for indie titles and globally recognised IP. Neil initially joined Wired in 2016 to lead communications strategies and his promotion to Head of Marketing underlines his valuable work leading campaigns and communications strategies that saw exceptional growth.
